Love the rebounding sessions , Zoe is amazing keeping everyone motivated and making each session fun and different. Lots of options on fitness levels so you can work as hard or as gentle as you like. Im so glad I joined its made such a difference to my mental and physical health

LIVFIT classes are perfect for me as they are so flexible, I can do them whenever and how often I like. There is a wide range of classes that makes it fun and keeps it interesting. Since starting I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Zoe is great at motivating....which we all need now and again. I can't recommend LIVFIT highly enough for anyone that wants to get in shape or improve their strength and fitness! Give it a go!

I started personal training (PT) sessions with Zoe in January 2018. The reason was because I had signed up for three serious charity trekking challenges in the following 18 months, two in the Himalayas and one in the Andes and I needed to considerably improve my overall physical and mental fitness levels to participate and succeed in these challenges. My weekly PT sessions were planned to work on developing my core, upper body and leg strength and were supplemented with a weekly follow up home session plan. There were also group activities including power walks, boot camps and recently, rebound sessions. At all stages Zoe gave me 100% support to achieving my goals. During my Annapurna trek early in 2018 I took a heavy fall and damaged my right shoulder muscle array causing considerable pain and restricted movement. Zoe through a series of focused weight training exercises included in my ongoing training sessions was able to restore full mobility to my right shoulder in time for my Everest Base Camp trek. 2020 has been a tough year for us all both physically and mentally through the arrival of Covid 19 which has severely restricted our freedom of outdoor movement and gym related physical training routines. Zoe has taken up the challenge and established an excellent series of online bodyweight and rebounder sessions which can be joined live or replayed at a later date/time to suit individual preferences. In addition to these sessions there are themed monthly challenges which build daily into seriously good targeted workouts. To summarise, Zoe has the knowledge, skill and ability to adapt (mix) exercises to ensure full and varied workouts focused on your goals whilst avoiding the monotony of endless repetitions and she will give 100% commitment to your goals.
