Brett was very professional from the beginning when he came out to quote us for a new boiler and heating system. He had lots of ideas and the best solution for our needs. They went above and beyond to help us. The team were professional and efficient. I needed a radiator moved in my house from one side of a room to another and upgrade an existing radiator to a bigger one. I contacted Tri-Counties and they were super-fast on turn around and communication. Brett and the team were amazing. On time, neat and tidy, new bigger radiator moved to exactly where I wanted it and the flooring and carpet put back down again exactly like it was. Huge thank you to Tri-Counties on this. Returning home in the early evening from a few days away, I realised that although the boiler was firing, there was no heating or hot water. I contacted Tri-counties via WhatsApp, received a prompt response with details of the callout charges & Brett arrived within 40 mins of my enquiry! He quickly identified the fan wasnt firing, removed it, oiled it, and put it back. It fired first time. He warned me it might not last, and sure enough the next day it failed. Replacement fan costed, ordered and replaced a couple of days later by James at a mutually acceptable time. All working well & trouble free.
