        Dropped my car Monday for cambelt and water pump. Richard is very professional, excellent at his job and knows his trade inside out. Echoing another review I read, Richard does care about the customer. Not once did I ever get the feeling he was trying to rip me off. Will be definitely using him from now on for all my servicing.
