The staff are excellent and very accommodating. I'd argue that the reception staff are perhaps too accommodating to members of the public, with no urgency for other people waiting, with very long winded requirements on their next appointment that hold up queues, and try to leverage the queue against reception staff until they get a personalised appointment. They should just be offered a time or told to go private.

Rude receptionists and can never speak to a doctor. No point in having a set GP because you have to see a different one each time just to get an appointment. Was bad before but worse since merging with the other 2 surgeries.

Fantastic GP surgery, called up about my newborn and able to get an call back quickly and face to face appointment
