Not fit for purpose. Absolutely appaling company that is clearly out of it's depth in providing commercial property valuations. It took them four weeks to actually get the valuer into the property, three weeks to produce the valuation (their SLA is two weeks) and then another week to deal with the complaint becuase their chosen valuer valued the property at 20% less than three other agents that were not on their panel. They should stick to residential valuations where comparable evidence is more widely available and their valuers don't need the local knowledge they are sadly lacking. If they respond to this review they will no doubt claim that I'm not a client of theirs as they did for the previous review but the reality is I paid their costs at the banks request and I have the receipt to prove it.

I had to book a valuation for a commercial property purchase. The lender forced me to use Appraisers uk. Appraisers had a panel of valuers. I wanted to use a particular valuer as they had local knowledge however appraisers pushed me towards a firm from Birmingham. This particular were actually more expensive but appraisers said they'd pick up the fee. I reluctantly agreed. Low and behold the recommended firm undervalued the property as they took no care and had no real understanding of local retail around Bredon Hill. Poor. Avoid.

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS. They take your money first and then assign a poor standard of surveyor with zero knowledge of the local area who puts together a sub-standard report omitting legitimate factual accuracies and precedents. The particular surveyor who visited my property was quite happy to text/email/call me when he needed information in advance of his visit but when I chose to ask him questions about his report he decided to hide behind his laptop and rudely passed me back to the Appraisers UK Client Services Manager who point blank refused to answer any questions or offer any accountability whatsoever. Thanks to this shambles of an organisation I am now 1600 worse off with no way of recouping my loss. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! EDIT: The Broker rightly admitted their error and refunded their 400. Appraisers UK are yet to refund me their 1200. Still avoid.
