Red Technical Services Ltd recently fitted a CCTV system in our shop, Patina, on North Street in Bedminster, Bristol. After his initial survey, Steve gave us a reasonably-priced quote, including a drawing showing the position of the cameras and their range. I liked that he wasn't at all pushy. The installation guys were quick and efficient, and carried out the job on a day we were closed which minimised disruption to the shop. They were very thorough in explaining how the system worked, and I was able to ask questions without feeling rushed. Nothing was too much trouble - they even helped me set up the remote viewing on my mobile. Steve followed up soon after the installation to check everything was working well. I would thoroughly recommend this company if you're looking for a CCTV system.

Red Technical responded extremely quickly when I (Bryan Hopkins) asked them to attend my parents home and install alarm equipment. My elderly parents were on holiday at the time when someone climbed their back garden wall. Luckily only minor damage was done and they didn't break in the house. Red Technical are professional, polite and courteous. They know their stuff and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very impressed with the service from start to finish. Pre-installation survey was not pressured and accurate notes were made. Estimate arrived within two days and a date fixed. The team arrived on time, were quietly confident, respectful, clean and tidy and after the briefest of confirmations that nothing had changed they got on with it. The next day, despite driving rain courtesy of Hurricane 'whoeveritwas' worked with out complaint and did and excellent job. We are very pleased to add these to our database of trusted workers.
