        Called mark today for some advice as he is my elderly parents friend but he lives a distance away mum had a problem with a radiator in the downstairs toilet being cold so he talked me through the problem he thought it could be a stuck control valve he suggested a new valve and said because of my mechanic knowledge I would be able to install it for her, next stop jewson for a new valve and after another call mark told me step by step and hey presto a hot radiator just can't thank him enough for his help many thanks Mark. Service: Water heater repair
