Absolutely shocking. I was running late to collect an urgent prescription and rang ahead to say. They said they close at 7 pm to which I said I would get there just before. I turned up at the door at 6:59 pm to see they had already closed the shutters and said it was too late Brilliant customer service

The service is often incredibly slow in the Lloyds Pharmacy at Courtside Surgery. I sometimes find there are issues with prescriptions. The pharmacy itself is quite small and I know they do get a lot of prescriptions to deal with but you do have to wait longer than most pharmacys to get your prescription or to speak to a pharmacist. Thats in my opinion anyway. If I needed to speak to a pharmacist I often go elsewhere. Sometimes they have some good deals in the store and they have a stand of items for 1. I sometimes find that there are items I cannot buy in the pharmacy that I can buy elsewhere.

Dreadful. You always have to wait for ages whilst they search for your prescription, then when (if) they find it they never have it made up ready, regardless of how long they have had it. Here's a novel idea, why don't you file the prescriptions alphabetically? Today I had to go back to the surgery because the computer had "rejected" my prescription. So far this week I've spent over an hour getting my medication and I still have to go back tomorrow because they didn't have them all!

Very rude members of staff. Staff don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. Avoid at all costs!
