Emily's passion. skills and knowledge are unhindered by the screen, and she is able to switch between personal feedback and group direction as the session unfolds.     I approached Emily for help after I had been lifting weights for a year. The heavier I was lifting, the more issues I was experiencing. Emily truly listened and understood and was able to tailor a plan to meet my specific needs. She worked together with my coach, to improve my knowledge and awareness, I was given specific exercises to work on alongside reduced loading in my PT sessions. I was surprised at how quickly my symptoms improved but the knowledge and her guidance has been invaluable. I've now achieved a new PR without a second thought to the symptoms I previously experienced. I couldn't be happier.

Emily has taught me how to exercise safely, given me the tools and resources to find acceptance and have a more positive relationship with myself. An amazing body coach who is highly qualified in health , physical training and overall well-being and importantly, really cares about people. Highly recommended.

    I've been working out with Emily virtually for over a year now. Her classes are fun, and catered to all abilities (she always gives a 'lighter' option of an exercise for those of us with bad knees, hips, backs, wrists!). She really is one of the most thoughtful and caring trainers I have come across. I would recommend her all day long to anyone who will listen :)

    Joined Be Lively after cancer treatment, looking to improve general fitness. Not having done any gym type workouts for well over 50 years, I was a bit nervous but soon found the zoom sessions enjoyable, varied and challenging but never too demanding. Emily is a very friendly & understanding leader with a vast knowledge of personal training programmes as well as health issues through her nursing background. Highly recommended.
