I would not write this review without giving Wotton tarpaving a chance to resolve the issues that were caused by their work. Firstly, the workers cut the damp proof membrane along the garage concrete base, which I still dont know how this will affect the damp over the lifetime of the garage. Secondly, two weeks after drop kerb was complete weeds came up. After talking to the boss he explained that tarmac/asphalt is porous and weeds are expected to come up. I think this is unlikely especially when the asphalt is so thin in places I can push my finger through it. There was no offer of a solution however he did come out and put weed killer on it. A long-term solution is still uncertain! Next, I then find out that a neighbour up the road has not got internet.. BT were then in contact and wanting to dig up the newly laid asphalt less than 2 months after the work had been carried out. This was too coincidental to recently having the work done. I contacted the boss and he would not accept any responsibility. When BT were digging it up we identified where the line had been damaged (under the fresh laid tarmac) which had been taped up to cover up the damage. Having sent photos to the boss he would still not accept this, offer any solution or compensation. When I spoke to him and said I was left with no choice but to leave a bad review he told me all of his phone calls were recorded.... for what purpose? And without consent. I was trying to find a solution for time and hassle wasted and made to feel I was giving threats. Please think again before trusting Wotton tar pavings website wording and work. I was/am always keen to give small local companies business but feel really let down by the whole of the work and customer service received from this company. Thank you for reading.

Awful. Just costing us over 600 to get rid of the plastic drains which they said WOULD LAST LONGER THAN THE HOUSE. The tarmac drive is cracking too.
