        First time in the new Yate premises. Very good experience today, and had things explained to me about my eye measurements by Molly that hasn't been explained to me before. Took her time and didn't rush even though it was getting late in the day.

        Useless, my son needs glasses, everyone I ring to see if I can pick the glasses up, they tell me they are broke or the wrong size and have to be sent back . It's been weeks now and we've not even seen them. Ridiculous.
