I recently had the pleasure of meeting John and buying my first toyota alphard from him with absolutely no pressure or sales patter. The car is in stunning condition both inside and out and very low millage. John went above and beyond anything you would expect and nothing was any trouble for him. I am absolutely delighted with my new car and would not hesitate in buying from John again.it really was a pleasure to deal with such a true gentleman. Thank you for all you done.

I agree with the previous review. I purchased a Lexus from John in the last 18 months and have subsequently sought advice from John on a number of occasions. Very honest car dealer with top quality used cars and after sales service.

I have bought two cars from John over the past few years and on each occasion the car was immaculate, as near new condition as possible, very fairly priced and there was no sales pressure at all. John is a thoroughly honest and decent man - a rare quality in this trade! You will be entirely satisfied in dealing with him and I am astonished as the other review, Southwest Lexus specialises in quality, used cars with an emphasis on Lexus but also other quality marques. I would stress that I have no interest in Johns business other than a thoroughly satisfied customer! I have just bought another car from John. I received outstanding service from a very knowledgeable, honest and decent man. I could not be more pleased!
