        Hats off to Tom in store today. Both me and my partner had an awkward query with our existing contracts, my partner was already a Vodafone customer and hers was dealt with in minutes. I was with O2 and apparently O2 couldn't help me in store as they only "sold" things from branch, went into Vodafone afterwards and my issue was resolved within minutes and I'm now a Vodafone customer. Tom was very helpful, friendly and efficient - thanks a lot.
