Domino's Pizza - Yate

Ordered a dominos the driver was trying to find my house for a good 10 minutes on a motorbike and didnt even call us to get help, when the food arrived it was all cold (two pizzas and wedges) and on one of the pizzas a the cheese wasnt even cook. emailed asking for a refund was told they only give refunds for non deliverys or cancellation on orders. On one of the bits of pizza we received tu can see the cheddar wasnt even cooked, probably because they pulled the pizza out the oven too early. Joke of a business.

Sent the wrong pizza and simply didn't understand when I phoned them... the guy put me on the phone to his wife and kept laughing saying I should have asked for no BBQ sauce... I didn't order BBQ sauce? ........Confused. 20 in the bin.

Every time I order from here it is never correct, you'd think you'd give the benefit of the doubt they may be having a bad day it happens but when this happens over the span of 6 orders in a row and filing complaints with HR something is definitely wrong. Last order of mine Pepperoni, Ham, Smoked bacon rashers, chorizo sausage and mushrooms. What I received Ground beef, Onion, Mushroom, Pork Sausage and Ham. Fast food in Yate "thumbs up"

Absolutely awful took a long time and the food was discusting the cookies were squashed the pizza was missing a lot of cheese and the toppings were not as it should be. This should be a good experience for 40 for 2 pizzas Dough balls and cookies it now seems like a waste of money deffinetly won't be ordering from this domino's ever again.
