Easy access as I was supporting someone in a wheelchair, goog parking, good lifts, clean waiting room, overall a good experience

Rude receptionist, seems not to like her job, always looks like you disturbing her. Other than that the other receptionist it's really helpful.

** update: my Dentist diagnosed me with sinusitis, something my doctor would have picked up had they actually seen me ** Absolutely disgusted with the service provided by this practice. In severe pain and promised a call from the doctor and all I got was a text message. Went in to see the receptionist who put me down for another call back and all I got was a text again telling me to call 111 which I did and was told I needed to see the doctor so went back and was promised a phone call and surprise surprise I get another text. They have totally let me down when I needed them most. Doctors that dont actually care arent what we need

Never had any problems except one receptionist not sure who she is on the phone had her a few times normally in the afternoon she says things like I can't be helped or I have to go the pharmacy but when I call next day speak to someone new they help me straight away not sure who this receptionist lady is but I recognise her once she's starts being blunt and rude aside from this person I have always had the best care from doctors and receptionist staff do there best except that one woman
