I love Grape Tree products and normally buy online every couple of months. Recently we were visiting Yate shopping centre and thought we would go into the branch there. The shop was nicely presented but the member of staff didn't seem to know what she was doing on the till and had about as much personality as a bag of nuts!

Went into this shop today in a wheelchair my husband had a problem as the entrance to shop definitely not wheelchair friendly.the assistant was filling shelves she completely ignored us didnt offer to help at all. ..I managed to get out and got items I wanted. To make matters worse when another customer came in she moved wheelchair and tutted ..didnt offer any help at all if I had been feeling better I wouldnt of bothered but just wanted items and get out quickly ..I wont be going in there againI wandered if your staff received any training as she certainly could do with some .. only giving one star cos couldnt post with nothing .
