We had rent increases which have annoyed me as they're the largest in history. However, spoke to neighbourhood coach (Marion) and if she manages to sort issue with slamming door downstairs I'll be a happy tennent again.

Awful service Faulty window frame, letting in the freezing cold since SEPTEMBER Ive cancelled my nursing shifts to sit in and repeatedly not turning up to fix! I have a young child and with cost of living so high its not fair I should live in these conditions especially with increasing rent prices!

Gas safety check due, letter sent to us but appt was inconvenient so have left 3 messages trying to reschedule to no avail. Only upon the engineer ringing to confirm the appt was I able to change this. Terrible customer service from office staff.

Very slow on repairs that's if you can contact them there website isn't fit for purpose

Absolute joke, in every aspect, repairs not taken seriously, customer service non existent unless you count hopeless, worse company I have ever been homed with, I won't bore everyone with 18 months worth of complaints as it seems you all suffer the same, regret is all I have left
