Poor service van we hired weeks before wasnt there. We had to wonder around town in and out of coffee shops whilst waiting for our hire van to arrive. Schedule time 8.00 van eventually arrived 12 oclock. The manager said he would raise a credit for half day hire explaining that it would take a few months for this to happen, something about head office. This was clearly untrue. We gave it a few months returned to complain and surprise surprise new management who had no idea and again gave promises of refund. Not heard one word !! Con artists clearly! Clearly staff dont stay long but move on to other depots so no complaints can be followed up. Will I ever use this crowd again, would I ever recommend again. NO.. my recommendation GO Elsewhere! So private company that cares a puts customers first !! Goes without saying I dont like being coned I think I have been..

Thanks so much to Nick for sorting a rental car for us so incredibly quickly and seamlessly when our car broke down. Very kind and went out of his way to help us in a stressful situation, great experience.
