Ordered on app was waiting good 1:45 minutes, when the food arrived it was the wrong order. Phoned the shop too let them know they then re-cooked everything to send out and then forgot the pizza on the second order on the order wont use again.

The food was ok, but the gps doesn't lead you to my house, they had to look, the delivery driver was good, friendly and found us while the food was still warm and the portion size are generous. With that said, they did ask for a extra 3 quid when they got here as were far away, 3.9 miles, on the lanes of north yate, well i ordered again and they wanted 5 quid. They did call head of time and i still had the option to cancel. I don't mind paying delivery but as i ordered on their website that has nothing stated about the areas they deliver to or cost i would say it would be a good idea to add that, It also isn't stated on the final price on the receipt too. The extra 2 quid on top of my first order i wasn't so happy about. Unfortunately there are other options for kebabs in yate with cheaper delivery prices, so will have to try them instead.

Food is as expected from a 'kebab house' but looks and tastes fresh delivers fast, cheaper than the chain options local and polite, helpful if you have an issue and I will always be a repeat customer.
