Went into that shop in Yate and one of the staff kept appearing every isle I went to maybe she thought I was there to take something without paying please go get a life woman.

I heard the two shop assistants slagging a customer off through their head sets, one was in one aisle and the other in the next. It was like they didnt think other people could hear what they were saying.

Went to Superdrug in Yate with 3 grandchildren by my side for the 1st time in a very long time. An assistant named Hollie became my personal shopper and made the trip an excellent experience, and checkout was just as easy, thank you to all concerned and keep up excellent work.
