We've had a right faff with an unknown fault in our flats fire alarm system. After lots of phone calls, the friendliest service and three visits to try and resolve the issue, it turns out the issue was a hidden fire alarm that none of us knew about. Although a frustrating situation (for both us and Bristol Fire) they made the whole process very pleasant. Thank you so much for your super quick response time and not giving up! Thank you for a great service from start to finish,the office staff are very friendly and helpful and the service engineer was brilliant,arrived on time did a full survey of my smoke alarm system.The nice thing was told the absolute truth about the rules and my responsibility regarding the system I have .very pleased with the service.Just to add prior to this I have dealt with some very underhanded companies who do not seem to understand the requirements or make up things to over charge .I am definitely staying with this very trustworthy company.Thank you.10/10

Needing to replace the old Fire Alarm System in our Guest House and Tea Rooms we decided to ask Bristol Fire to come and quote for the job as they already look after our fire extinguishers. John (the owner) came out and quoted extremely competitively. When the two engineers were on site the installation was completed in 3.5 days, sooner than anticipated - especially with quirky nature of a listed building! They were professional, tidy and efficient. We were apprehensive about how this installation would go, in particular the changeover from the old to new system but it was relatively painless. They were very good in explaining how the new system works and reassured us that they have engineers on call 24/7 incase of an emergency. We have no hesitation in recommending Bristol Fire and it's worth noting that they install CCTV systems also. Very pleased with the end result. ps. you will need to stock up on tea & coffee Service: Fire protection
