        Can't give 0. Doctors are fine and mostly help. Just reception staff are rude and actually don't help. Having to call at specific times to get an appointment is ridiculous as they never answer! Why can't it be the old way of sit and wait for a doctor? It worked then, back when they practice actually cared and tried to help!

        Having struggled to work within various health centres 'booking procedures' while working full time, it was a pleasure to discover a Practice that seem to want to see their patient and work to that end, as opposed to the take it or leave it attitude of others. Fantastic and thank you.
