        I have never had such an appalling experience at a store before until today. I arrived this morning and politely asked if I could return my parcel. The woman at the checkout was clearly on her phone, barely acknowledged me when I asked for help, and then continued her conversation while I struggled by myself. She even shouted at me and another customer who was trying to help me. I have never felt so humiliated. Absolutely disgusting service and I can say for certain I will not be coming back. I will be actively telling others not to come here either. I am so extremely disappointed. If I could give this review a 0 star, I would.
