A wet Apr Wednesday in a town centre Costa and 3 staff were professional friendly, calm and composed serving an unrelenting customer flow (not < 6 customers throughout) working long hours without a break. Come on head office - whilst profit margins are important, if you fail to listen to the team on the ground about needing the right number of staff on duty you wont retain them and itll be your fault that customer service and atmosphere declines. Come on area Ops Manager - earn your package and work and with for your site team - empower and trust your team to balance customer demand and staff supply.
