        Awful customer service! Expecting me to pay a deposit before my correct booking details are even amended on the invoice and when i called to query they told me it was painful as I had called the Operations manager using the number which was on the sales invoice which I thought was the office line. He then told me leave the booking there. Will definitely never used this company! Even the women in the accounts department was so rude. They're offering a service and can't even be bothered to explain or help. Wouldn't even put 1 star if I didn't have to.

        Paul was fantastic picked 16 of us up on time to Birmingham airport and at the end of our holiday picked us again no trouble, even knew our flight was delayed. Wouldnt hesitate to use them again. The trailer was a brilliant idea for our luggage. Mary, Adrian and party.
