        TERRIBLE. Surveyor sam came out on a valuation and counted the wrong number of bedrooms, 2 less to be precise. So valuation is completely incorrect and inaccurate. Allied refused to help and had to go back to lender to reinstruct by which time mortgage offer was out of time and costed several 1000s more in costs. Allied not helpful at all.

        I have been trying to complete on a purchase since April. Its now coming to the end of August. The surveyor on the case continues to ask for documents and confirmation from the council/ planning department surrounding compliance even though they have had all the necessary documents and proof for months. The members of the team in the office are polite but often dont know anything about the case as you get through to a different person each time. The vendor threatened to pull out last month and were still no closer to completion. Its never ending cycle. The surveyors on the case need to stop doing visits until they finish what they have started. 0/5 stars.
