        Very slow service. Last time i had cake here it was hard as nails. Ive applied several times for a job here and each time ive been rejected. Ive got 12 years in hospitality and actually could turn this cafe around but they only seem to want to employ slow people. I personally wont be going into this cafe again

        I often come here as due to the nature of my job I am often in Yate and needing to grab food. It is just getting progressively worse. I have on 2 separate occasions had to request a refund as they are not able to cook a breakfast consisting of 1 egg, 1 sausage, 1 rasher of bacon & 2 hash browns in under 30 minutes. I got a breakfast here again today as I was on an hour lunch break, it came in a reasonable time however the toast was dropped onto my table (no offer of a replacement) and the food had definitely been microwaved. Everything had that scorching hot rubbery texture. The sausage was so soft that the knife just squished it down rather than cut it. I paid 9 for a breakfast and a coffee. Youre better off in the Wetherspoons down the road. Their breakfast is delicious and always fresh and only cost 8 with a pint of orange juice. You also get double the amount of food. Absolute joke Tesco. Also the cleanliness here is a real issue too.
