        I can only presume the occasional 1-star reviews on here are from rivals or people whove confused the company with another, as Ive used Northavon Blinds three times now and have had excellent service each time. They come to your home to measure up, provide advice and catalogues to look at, make the blinds you choose, then come and fit them, all for what seems to me to be a very reasonable price. Service is very friendly and efficient, and after-sales service (we had one blind that got stuck) is fast and effective. Cant speak too highly of them.

        Appalling service said they had what I wanted in stock made the order and payed now they say they don't have it in stock and are refusing to refund me. Staff are rude and service terrible. I wouldn't ever go to the this company ever again!!! I would rather make the blinds myself. Fair warning this is not a professional company!!!
