        Didn't have what I needed but staff were helpful and explained what they didn't have it, looked into when it would be delivered and directed me to other places that may have it. Great service just lack of product that let it down.

        For a professional organisation they are totally understaffed in the Pharmaceutical department. From my last experience I have waited in a queue for over 45 mins to be served. Lots of people being told they have to return at a later date as the don't have their item's in stock. They used too be my pharmacy of choice for my prescription, but no longer. The staff are always pleasant, so this is not reflection on them.

        Seriously understaffed and what staff there were, were rude. Shutting at 4 on a Saturday because of lack of staff. 20min queue to collect a prescription for a feiend. Extremely badly run.... AVOID.!! I would advise going to Superdrug and the independent chemist in Yate instead !!! As for prescriptions ..don't bother getting them sent here.. send them to Shaunaks instead, they're so much friendlier...or get them delivered to your home instead (loads of online companies do it) .

        Update your opening hours. Says 7pm... got there at 6.30 to collect medication and was closed!
