        I had a great experience at the chipping sodbury branch. To start with, when I called to ask questions and make an appointment I spoke with Karen, who was super helpful and took the time to explain the process to me. When arriving for my appointment Karen again, was helpful and very welcoming. I saw Quan for my appointment. He was very understanding, informative and really took the time to explain things to me that I did not understand. Very nice gentleman. I would highly recommend them.

        Fantastic Service! Karen the receptionist was so helpful and went the extra mile to get me an appointment at short notice . Ben the audiologist was helpful and explained what I needed in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Imperial Hearing to anyone thats looking for a professional and friendly service .
