Cannot fault this wonderful practice. Everyone so helpful and efficient. Doctors caring and very professional, especially with clear communication, referrals and follow up appointments. 5 stars without doubt!

The surgery can keep patients waiting for hours before being seen but cannot see a patient who is a few minutes late even when there is no patient in the waiting room. Just been told the doctor cannot see me despite phoning in to say that I will be a few minutes late. While waiting for 5mins for receptionist to come off the phone and book me in; I got a text that I have been marked absent. This is unfair.

I recently attended Wansford Surgery for the first time. The waiting room was welcoming and comfortable. I overheard reception staff dealing with other patients and they not only sounded knowledgeable but they were also friendly and courteous. My appointment was with Dr Atterton and Michelle and they were both really reassuring and friendly. The service was running to time and very efficient. Overall this was a great experience, thank you.

From receiving a slightly higher than normal Blood Pressure reading, on a visit relating to something completely different - I'd been referred (to the on-site) pharmacy, seen, been given a 24 hour test, and given the results all in the space of 72 hours. A highly professional service, great advice and all done with an extremely friendly manner. When there is so much negativity in the media relating to the NHS, my experience was well worthy of offering very positive feedback - thank you.
