I attended for treatment following a traumatic labour and delivery of my 3rd baby which resulted in a significant tear. Alexandra helped with my rehab and along with an exercise programme gave me excellent advice and of encouragement during my recovery. I would and do recommend her to every woman post pregnancy.

I would highly recommend this clinic and its amazing therapists. I credit much of my c-section recovery to their treatment and techniques. Not only are they filling such a gap in postpartum/womens health care, but they are so warm and encouraging in their approach. Thank you Linzi and team!

Alex is awesome. Having participated in highly competitive sport since my teens and being in the military, I thought post pregnant rehab would be just another rehab journey. How wrong was I! Alex is quite simply the best physio Ive worked with. Her detailed and professional approach picked up post natal issues that just werent resolving themselves. Together with the fact she actually listened to my aspirations meant that she got me on track to a return to competitive sport and the lifestyle I really wanted. Her continued contact online throughout COVID was completely effective. No doubt I am remaining with her for maintenance check ups from now on and cant recommend her more highly.

Alex is, first and foremost, an excellent practitioner. I developed a chronic pelvic condition and didn't have sufficient NHS input. Very painful. When I discovered Alexandra, my life changed dramatically. Her knowledge, the very high level of practice, including her team, provided me with not only, finally, the care which I needed, but also a huge amount of support. She also took her time to write reports liaising with my consultant at the JR Oxford and my GP. Impressive - and she provided a lifeline, really, for me. Alexandra took me out of chronic pain and restored me! I will be ever grateful for her time, patience - and above all, her huge practical knowledge! Thank the heavens I found her!! I booked an appointment with Linzi after the birth of my son. Her knowledge and support during my post-natal recovery was excellent and I highly recommend anyone who has had a baby book in for the post-natal MOT appointment.
