        I'm a Student in Oxford. SSE have been useless, the broadband they were supposed to provide didn't work. They are now telling me I have to pay for 6 months of broadband to cancel. If I call them I'll be on hold for at least an hour. As uni students during covid, WiFi is a necessity. I'm fuming and thoroughly disappointed with my experience of this company.
