I've been here twice and it has been strange both times. The first time I asked if they had a vegetarian pizza and they said no, only for me to then see they had a Margherita. No real sense of apology. The second time today there is a man in front of me taking an age being jokily sarcastic with the one staff member and trying to find change. No sense of saying that they will be with me in a moment. Instead they'd rather see pend an age keeping me waiting listening to this mini drama. Visually looks nice but subpar customer service is not worth waiting for. Perhaps the problem is that people who have businesses in Yarm don't really need the custom that much. what with passing trade and sometimes already having a lot of money to start with.
