I placed an order at 4:30pm & was told it would arrive within the hour. At 6:15pm I called to ask where my food was. I was told they were struggling with drivers & it had now left for my address. At 7:15pm I called again to ask where my food was & was told the order cant have been put through did I want to reorder! Told them no. At 9:38pm I get a text saying Customer dont wanted. I phone the shop to ask what they are playing at & I am told by the delivery driver that I didnt answer my phone! No missed calls on my phone, no sign of the driver on CCTV & not a peep from my eleven dogs that kick off if a mouse breaks wind in front of the house! Cant comment on the food as I didnt receive it but the service is beyond abysmal. Only saving grace is I didnt pay in advance as I would have had three hopes of getting a refund.

The service is simple unbelievable, No Ifs and no buts. The pizza is the tastiest in the region and the garlic bread is simply out of this world. The delivery took around 40 minutes for 3 pizzas and a chicken portion at17:30 on Monday. This beats the major pizza chains both on the quality and the speed of delivery.. The only thing is that they dont do Goats cheese pizza.
