My shy dog was relaxed and comfortable in his very first meeting here (which is rare). The groomers are so lovely and polite. My dog looked fab and was cared for excellently. I would definitely recommend.

Booked appointment over a week ago turned up this morning and nobody there called the number the owner answered saying whos this I said I was here with my dog for her groom. She said isnt she there she then hung up called me back saying she wasnt answering her phone. She said she was in London and I thought it was the owner doing the groom as I originally booked my dog in with her. I waited nearly 3 weeks as the first time I called she was going on holiday so I said I would wait for her getting back so for no one to even be bothered to show up is disgusting and so un professional!!!! I would avoid this groomer at all costs. The whole set up is not welcoming
