        Travel agent with a heart We booked flights and some accommodation with Hays Travel in Yarm about six months ago. We were transferring onto a cruise ship that we had booked separately. Two thirds of the way into our holiday we had some very bad news back from the uk. I sent an email to the agent about two hours before they were due to close asking if they could look into us returning to the UK early. Karen answered quickly saying she would look straight into it. To cut a three hour story short Karen got myself and my husband back to the UK that night. She worked over her allocated time and even over the closing time for the branch. I have no words that can explain what this amazing woman and branch did for me and my family. I would highly recommend Hays Yarm, they really do understand customer service.
