We bought some Halibut today, @ Yarm, and we were so disappointed that it was so dry, and it had obviously been frozen, as it was extremely dry and consequently chewy, to the extent that it was not edible. We were so disappointed that our favourite fish, was presented as being fresh when,clearly it was not! We also got some scallops, which were perfect with the chilli relish, which you recommended, as was the fresh crab. We paid quite a lot for our fish, which we dont mind, providing it is fresh
