        Attempted to discuss some lettings with the agent on the phone who just acted like they were the owner of them and avoided answering any of my questions. Wont be using them again, appalling customer service!

        Barbara and Ann from yarmside lettings have both been friendly and professional. Any work needing carried out was dealt with in a timely manner. All plumbing and gas related repairs were done by Andy, Barbara's son. He is friendly outgoing and extremely professional. Nothing was ever too much bother. We have rented from other agencies in the past but would highly recommend Yarmside lettings above all others. Thank you for all you have done for us!
