        Very reasonable price, sorted problem after waiting for a new part to arrive. Don't know what the guy in the one star review was moaning about being charged 45, has he never heard of a call out charger for a service technician/engineer. I will definitely use again.

        DON'T USE!! Asked for my dishwasher to be checked. He visited and once he knew the brand of my dishwasher (bought from IKEA), he didn't even touch it! He advised just to buy a new one as he won't be able to get spare parts for it!! I suggested checking the fuse, he did it only because I suggested (Was working). I followed their advise and bought a new dishwasher. The guy who came to fit the new one, happened to be good and checked the old one. Was only a power fault that he fixed. I had to send the new dishwasher back after paying for courier!!!!!!!! Horrible service.

        Just completely over charged my missus 45 for 2 minute job replacing a 2 part because she needed a washing machine due to girls being ill. Totally fuming and will be naming and shaming on social media
