        Worst jewellers I have ever been to the ring I bought for my wife at Christmas 2 years ago, is faulty the stones keep falling out been repaired once and it happened again asked for a refund but was denied multiple times.

        I visited RR Jewellers earlier this morning to get the bracelet adjusted on my Rolex Explorer II. I was seen by a member of staff called Holly, she was very helpful and professional in assisting me.

        Popped in for a silver bracelet and to browse, but didn't spot what I wanted. Holly was so helpful inviting us to look at brochures of items that could be ordered in. Thanks ever so much for my unique silver bracelet, love it! When it needed resizing Holly had the super idea of having the bracelet links that were removed made into matching earrings. I'm delighted and super impressed with friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend this local jewellers x
