        Claire gave my son a dreadful haircut. She completely ignored what he had asked for, cut off far too much and hacked the back leaving it all different lengths. He was very upset. On contacting the salon, they were not interested. They did not offer to re-cut it or offer a refund. He had to go to a different hairdressers to get it cut again. Go somewhere else.
