Bupa Dental Care Yarm

Another great experience with Alison and her wonderful nurse Kerry. I came to Alison a year ago very anxious after several bad experiences. I only wish I'd made the change sooner. She's absolutely brilliant, so reassuring and has now carried out several fillings and procedures without any pain or stress. Highly recommended!

Im a very nervous patient and get very worried and nervous when attending for an appointment. Im not sure why though - Alison and Kerry are lovely and put me at ease immediately. `Ive been a patient here for many years, and Alison and Kerry have been fantastic all along - an excellent team. Alison and Kelly were fab. I was quite a nervous patient as my last dental experience was unpleasant so I had not been in 5 years. I knew my teeth were not going to be brilliant, and they weren't. I needed several appointments. Ali in particular made me feel at ease, she was warm, friendly and always happy to see me. She took the time to really explain things and referred me to x-rays to actually show the problem and not just speak it. I had quite a few fillings and a tooth extraction and none of it has had any problems to date. I never once felt pressured to have treatment and I knew exactly what I was choosing and doing. All in all whilst I might not want to spend my time talking about teeth! If someone did ask me for a dentist I would say yea go see Ali&Kelly in Yarm. They're pretty good.
