We normally come here for take out because the food is nice. Today however we drove 20 mins (there and back) and had to wait an extra 5 minutes in the shop for our order. When we got home we found that we were short 2 curry sauces. We rang up and drove all the way back to pick up forgotten items. We were then told that we didn't order curry sauce (we definitely did, the lady on the phone repeated our order twice). It was 42.10 so we were either overcharged or it was forgotten and we were blamed. We were then told off for the way we spoke to the girl on the phone. My mum was a bit firm (her food was going to get cold and she had to go all the way back for 2 items) but she was not horrible. The girl on the phone sounded like she didn't care and wasn't bothered and didn't try to find a solution, my mum had to ask for one. She was then called a liar in the shop. Food was cold by the time she got home. Even though we apparently never paid for the curry sauce we were told it would be free although my mum insisted on paying if it wasnt paid for the in first place. Considering it's the public who keep the business afloat, attitude isn't great. Won't be going back.
