        We wanted a nice coffee shop to which theres plenty in Yarm unfortunately we chose this place and found the experience to be poor. The coffee was really nice but the service and customer service was awful, because we only wanted coffee and werent eating we were rushed and the management were extremely rude. One to avoid for us in future as theres plenty others in the square to try.

        Positives: delicious halloumi bagel, good coffee and dog friendly Negatives: unnecessarily rude and arrogant owner, told to wait out side rather than politely asked, resistant to any feedback about food, in fact so much so that he slammed a stack of plates down before coming over to talk to us about it and absolutely adamant there could be nothing wrong with the food. The customer is obviously never right here. Three people waiting outside in the cold as we left despite there being four empty tables inside. Unfortunate because but for him I would have returned.
