Once she decided to reschedule the appointments and they finally got done, they were all over and uneven leaving her with tatted eyebrows that are different shapes to each other.
Shes asked for some sort of refund to get them done elsewhere as not a chance in hell would you trust her to tackle them again.
Stuck up tart of a response with no customer service skills, just happily takes hundreds of pounds off the customers no matter what the outcome.
