        Very helpful bank. Greatly appreciate being able to access a bank which has tills with real people. Online banking is great except for paying in cash.

        Not enough staff on the counters...3 tills yet only ever 2 are manned??...so, there's nearly always a queue...you get the feeling it's done deliberately to force more of us to bank online but that's of no use when you want to pay in cash...and the opening hours are restrictive...come on Barclay's...get your act together.
