Struggling to find a body shop to complete a quality smart type repair Scott was recommended and what a fantastic job. He was honest about the options and even steered me to the cheaper option. He has old school values and a proper craftsman and after chatting he is also a top bloke who cares about his work and his reputation. Ive watched Scott laying paint since the early 90s, he painted the first car I ever owned in an outrageous pearl orange and I wouldnt trust anyone else on my cars. One of the friendliest people you could ever hope to meet, a true gent and honest business man, you know you will get the best of quality and the best of customer service when you use Autocraft. Very disappointed - Scott is a nice guy and very friendly - but after 6 months , and despite numerous promises, I still did not have an estimate for a respray of my classic car - so I have decided to look elsewhere. My preference is to give work to local businesses but this experience along with a similar experience from both a locksmith and central heating firm has caused me to rethink that aim.
