        Popped in on Bank holiday Monday, as we were in need of lunch. Very attentive staff and a great menu. Food was delicious. So nice to see a Ploughmans on the menu, it used to be on most pub menus, but quite rare now. Highly recommended.

        I popped in for a drink and was pleased to see a clean and busy public house. There were a number of staff available to serve which meant waiting time was minimal. It is dog friendly in the bar area and has a well laid out restaurant. At the time I was there I didn't see any food being served as service was just commencing. Locals told me that the quality of food was good.
