Sheafhayne Manor

MY wife and I were lucky enough to spend a week here as guests of a family member who had arranged a birthday party for 24. The house and grounds are fantastic and the bedrooms great a in all one of the best breaks i have ever had with many places to visit within 25 miles. On one night we had caterers in and had a 3 course meal everyone in there best suits and dresses. The food was fantastic and the whole night a 100% success. The caterers were recomended by the owner.

Wow! What a place! It's not a hotel, but a very large period house that you can rent. My friends and I rented the house for a week at Easter, there were 13 adults and 6 children in total and plenty of room for everyone. We did epic cooking, board games, day trips out, some walking in the nearby countryside. The house grounds are lovely, there is plenty of carparking and a huge underground games room. It really is beautiful and exceptional. If I had a few minor gripes it would be that it could benefit from an EV charging point and WiFi that stretches throughout the house rather than just the living room, but these didn't detract from a great stay at an amazing location. Go there!
